UCEF, through the generosity of donors like you, provides 40% of the operating budget of the Ukrainian Catholic University. There are many ways in which you can make a major difference through financial contributions.

Volunteering
Teach in Ukraine - English Summer School - Each summer nearly 20 volunteers travel to
Ukraine to teach English to Ukrainian Catholic students. Learn about the Byzantine Rite in

Teaching for a semester or a full academic year at the Ukrainian Catholic University is a challenging and rewarding experience for a volunteer coming from the West. Ukrainians are very interested in Western ideas and people from the West, but at the same time they have their own traditions and culture to share with visitors. Because Ukraine is still a society in transition from communism to capitalism, volunteers may face certain material discomforts or hardships. But they may also receive spiritual and emotional benefits.

Due to your overwhelming generosity, at this time the UCU library cannot accept any more book donations due to space constraints. Our most heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of those who participated in turning a library in desperate need of books into one which is positively overflowing. God is good!
Prayer
No matter what one has to give financially or materially, it is prayer which is stronger than all of these. It is by the faith and prayers of the faithful that the Church now has the opportunity to grow and flourish in a country overrun by Godless powers for so many years. Whether you can give us anything monetarily or by time or talents, please remember all of us, especially the dedicated students, seminarians, novices, faculty, & staff of the Ukrainian Catholic University in your prayers. For truly, we only exist but for God's eternal grace.
